2026 Florida Training Camp Details
March 14th-21st, 2026
Join us for a week of training, socializing and fun in the sun! Panama City Beach, Florida is in the Panhandle Part of Florida and an easy 19 hour drive (or a 1-transfer flight) from home.
Camp Fee for Current Members
Training Camp Fee: January 1st, 2026
$300 for a single person, $500 for a couple, $650 for 3 and $800 for 4+ in a family
Only training family members count
Late fee of $100 added after January 1st

Training Camp Fee: January 1st, 2026
$500 for a single person, $800 for a couple, $1,000 for 3 and $1,200 for 4+ in a family

Tidewater Resort is our Home
Tidewater Beach Resort at 16819 Front Beach Rd is our main location.

Other less expensive options are close by. Mat can help you pick your ideal weekly rental.

The 50m Outdoor pool is a short 2.4k run away. All cycles and runs start from the Tidewater.

Typical Training Day
6:45am: 2.4k Run to Pool
7-9am: Swim
10-1pm: Cycle
1-2pm: Run
2-5pm: Beach, Hot Tub, Rest, etc
6pm: Nightly Social which includes mini-putt, Giant Maze, Go-Karting,
Olive Garden for dinner, Senior Frogs for tapas and drinks, Soccer on the Beach,
and an evening walk along the beach for ice cream and sunset.
